Well, I’m here to tell you something – you can achieve those dreams. Self-belief and confidence are the first steps on your way to the future you dream of.
Being confident is so important. It helps us to stay positive and conquer each day. Confidence can push us to keep going through difficult times, even when we feel like giving up. When we lack confidence things can feel much harder to achieve, leaving us feeling deflated and demotivated.
There are lots of things you can do to build your confidence… For example, reading Springster articles has been super helpful for me. But really the best way to build your confidence is simply to believe in yourself!

Here are 5 reasons why:
Don’t under-appreciate the amazing characteristics that you already have. Looking inwards is a great way to realize the truth about the wonderful parts of you that already exist.
Here’s an exercise: Write down at least 3 things that you like about your personality; maybe it’s that you’re a big dreamer, that you make people laugh, and that you are kind.
Then, every week, write at least 1 more thing down. Keep adding to this list whenever you can and revisit it whenever you are feeling deflated.
